Sambal Fried Quail Eggs

material:
30 quail eggs, boiled, peeled
300 ml coconut milk
100 g peas, cleaned
4 tablespoons cooking oil
Seasonings:
6 pieces of red chilli, mashed
2 pieces of red pepper, cut into oblique
8 cloves red onion, thinly sliced
5 cloves garlic, mashed
2 bay leaves
2 cm galangal, crushed
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp fine salt
How to Make:
1. Heat oil and saute onions merahah, garlic, red chilies, galangal and bay leaves until fragrant. Pour the coconut milk and cook, stirring, stirring until boiling.
2. Enter a quail egg, peas, salt, and sugar. Cook until slightly thickened coconut milk,permeate and flavor all cooked ingredients. Lift.
3. Pour into serving dish. Serve warm.
